Why is there a registration fee for this conference?
Although the conference is hosted by the church, it is not financially sponsored by it. The cost of organizing an event of this scale exceeds the budget of any single stake. Every effort has been made to minimize expenses while maintaining a high-quality experience. Rest assured, 100% of the registration fee goes directly toward funding the conference, ensuring its success and sustainability. If you need financial assistance to attend this conference please reach out to your Bishop.

Will vegetarian or gluten-free meal options be available?
No. Due to the wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions, we are unable to accommodate specific meal requests. However, we have provided a variety of meal options designed to be widely enjoyable. If you have specific dietary concerns, we encourage you to make your own dining arrangements outside of the conference.

What is the dress code?
All activities are casual dress. However, the keynote address will be held in the chapel, where we encourage attendees to wear their Sunday best to uphold the sacredness of the space. For all other events, modest casual attire is appropriate.
